The University Library was established immediately after the establishment of the university. The library is the core part of any educational institute and it carries much more importance in the Sanskrit university because it is a store house of ancient knowledge. This Library not only contains published books but a number of MSS are preserved here. The total number of books , journals and the special features of the library are noted below.
The main library is located in the main campus of University at Ramtek and Departmental Library at PGTD Campus, Nagpur. Locations of various Departments of Library are as follows.
